No Unwanted/Change-of-Mind Returns All jewelry and accessories are hygiene-sensitive items. **We do not accept returns or refunds for unwanted items, size issues, or change of mind.** ### 2. Defective/ Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with: - Clear photos/videos of the defect - Your order number We will offer a one-time replacement of the same item, or a store credit equal to the purchase price. No cash refunds will be issued. ### 3. Shipping & Return Costs Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs if a return is approved. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. ### 4.
